Ag First Financial Corporation combines over 50 years of agricultural finance and multi-disciplinary understanding of agricultural operations. Ag First: livestock, assets, risk
Livestock solutions fund up to 90% of the market value of your cattle. Asset solutions offer term and lease financing at competitive rates for smaller asset purchases. Risk management employs futures and options on your direction to help you manage your price risk.
Canadian Cattle Buyers Credit: established 1999
CCBC was established in 1999 to provide livestock producers with a source of capital to maintain and expand their livestock operations. CCBC differentiates itself from traditional lending institutions in Canada by offering greater flexibility and liquidity, providing funding for up to 95% of the estimated MVA of the inventory.
CCBC: finance the position
CCBC will finance the position: no initial margin, no margin calls on qualified security and credit. Programs include feeder, bred heifer, and cow loan programs, a Feed Advance Program, customized lending limits, competitive rates, market expertise, risk management, and government programs, with access to a risk team strictly focused on the risk associated with beef and agriculture production.
